The staff at FF were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the different brands of running shoes and helped me pick out the best pair for my feet and running experience!

Friendly and helpful employees
With plantar fasciitis I was skeptical thinking how is a shoe and insert going to heal this? It’s only been two days walking in my new shoes and I do feel better. Let’s give it another week or so and see what Beacon Ortho sees after the MRI. The staff at Fleet Feet was awesome and very knowledgeable.

The attention to your individual needs is outstanding
I have been going to Fleet Feet since it opened, Before that Running Away. Thirteen years in total. On this particular day, I went in to use my $15.00 reward on shoes for my son since it was expiring that day. I was greeted and told the young man exactly what I wanted - shoe style and size. He checked the in store stock and returned telling me they did not have it and that they would need to order it. I thought this was fine since I have done this before and and the shoes always end up on my porch within a few days. He began to help me but assisting me took far longer than it needed to. First, he stopped to help someone looking for different styles of sunglasses, then he stopped to check out the man purchasing sun glasses, finally a gentleman who must have ordered shoes came in to retrieve them and stopped at the register to say thank you when one of the other workers mentioned that he probably did not pay for the shoes and so the individual helping me stopped my transaction to run after the individual who did not pay for his shoes and then proceeded to cash him out also. In total, my very simple transaction was delayed three times. As this was going on, there were at least two other individuals not helping customers at the time. The individual was logged out my transaction and had to start all over again because he kept stopping to help others. I don't really want to complain but you did ask how my experience was. I've been in that store many times and I have always had to wait if other customers were being taken care of which is reasonable. However, on this day it was I who had to wait because the young man helping me kept allowing others to interrupt his transaction with me so what should have been less than ten minutes really took 30 minutes. I ordered the shoes on June 13. Today is June 24 and I have not heard anything about my shoes and now I wonder if the purchase was even done properly. I would give you a five for my service that day but I somehow I cannot change the 3 to a 5. Again, I'm not one who wants to complain but I do feel like this individual should focus on one transaction at a time instead of allowing other customers to interrupt. It left me feeling unimportant and that my customer loyalty was taken for granted.
