Walked in mentioned what I was looking for guy went and grabbed two options of what I asked for picked the 1st pair and was extremely happy with the purchase!

I like the detailed feet evaluation and the level of attention provided by the workers.
Frankly, it was a bit off=putting to have the "senior" staffer sitting at a table near the door with his ice-coffee and handing people off to the very much younger staffers to "wait on." Fortunately, the staff all seem to be well trained and prepared to assist customers and I was comfortable with the young woman who assisted me.
While many of your customers are fit, athletic runners, I suspect an increasing number are arriving because their trainers or orthopedists are sending them in to get specific orthopedic assistance. (While I was there, the only customers were over 50 and not so fit and looking for Hokas!).
The price point of your products is also problematic for seniors on fixed incomes, so many of my cadre won't afford you.. ..
Very friendly staff, great service !! I brought in a pair of shoes with just over 100 miles but had pretty bad wear on the outside forefoot. Instead of telling me to adjust my gait and sorry about that, the owner exchanged the shoes for a different model to see if it’d help ! Wasn’t expecting anything like that. Always friendly staff and knowledgeable!!!

I like the machine that takes pictures of your feet to help the salesperson explain the structure of your feet so they can pick the best shoe or sneaker that's best fit. The atmosphere and sales representatives are professional, pleasant and friendly. Also their sneakers are comfortable. My grandson loves them.
Salesperson spent a lot of time with me and tried 8-10 pair of shoes to find what would be right for me. Brought up several issues I hadn't thought about. The shoes they sell are expensive but good for your feet/legs/knees....cheaper than a visit to the doc or physical therapy. Go @ 10 am when they are not busy if possible. 75 year old walker

Awesome service! It was a totally unique experience getting my feet measured. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and we were able to find a pair of shoes that fit in no time. Shopping for shoes has always been a tedious task for me since it's hard to find shoes in my size with a style I like. This was probably the easiest I've ever found a style of shoe in my size that I liked. Really cool experience!

The clerk was very knowledgeable about the different products and brought out several pairs to try. I told her my occupation and she went right to work.
Love this place! I also was so impressed with the time spent trying to get proper foot assessment and shoe fitting for a friend of mine who desperately needed proper shoes. She now reports that she is able to walk with her walker without dragging the front of her toes. The inserts have made a tremendous difference for her, as well as proper socks which allow for moisture to wick away from her skin. She also likes the fact that the Altra shoes look "racy" and not "orthopedic." She has worn orthopedic-looking shoes for many years. She feels like a new person with a fresh look and outlook! Very professional, knowledgeable guy who helped me, super friendly. I was disappointed in the available products though, very limited choice of colors in 2 of the shoes I wanted- just black or white and my size was not available in any color with one the Hoka (starts with a G model) I really wanted to try.

The personal attention and examination of my feet.
Came in 3 people working, one ringing and one helping someone else. The other salesman got us the shoes we wanted but then we had no other help at all… y the time I went to register we were the only ones in store. No one bothered to ask if we needed other sizes or styles or anything. Much different experience here than at 50 west location. I would have purchased another pair of shoes but was turned off. So we bought the one pair and left.

The services were/are exemplary! The employees are knowledgeable, courteous, and make a customer feel valued. I also have never been steered towards a shoe that did not meet my needs. Unlike other salespeople, I did not leave feeling like I was taken.
The products, I have purchased walking shoes, socks, and oofos and the quality has been excellent.
Recommend the store? I have done so and will continue to do so.

I like the flexible 60 day return policy that allows customers to actually wear/use the shoes/products. I also like the higher quality of shoe models Fleet feet carries.
