Very comfortable
Alex was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable and he helped get me into a comfortable new pair of shoes and inserts with ease. I am not a fan of shopping and have had trouble finding comfort in running shoes in the past. I've worn these for a few days now in physical therapy and out in general and they are helping to support my knee and increase my ability to strength train. Thank you, Alex!

Products are wonderful. Comfortable and designed specifically for me. I like that I was fitted to see what specific shoes would work best for my feet and then given multiple options to try on. The associate I worked with was wonderful for myself and my daughter and took time to help get us both fitted and explain everything to us.
The foot scanner was awesome.
All three pairs are tried were good fits and the whole process took probably less than 15 minutes.
Only way I can think it could be better is if if we could somehow get the data from our scan for future use.
Staff was also very nice and to the point.

Great tennis shoes. I used to have foot problems from poorly fitting shoes. Yours eliminate all issues I used to have.

Recommendations on the best sneakers & personal service
My husband and I visited for a shoe fitting. Brian did a great job fitting my husband for running goes and Mary helped me with a sports bra.
The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. Even though they closed in about a hour I did not feel rushed. Additional products were offered based on my computer scanned feet. That was cool! I had only intended to run in and buy one pair of Hoka. I bought the oooh flip flops too. While I couldn’t afford other items, I wasn’t made to feel guilty. As a result will return. Awesome experience!!
Professional & Very Knowledgeable
I loved the personalized service that we got from Makenzie (apologies it may have been MaKayla...). Anyway she was great with me and also with my elderly mother. Many young people do not directly address seniors in the retail situation but rather speak only to the children ABOUT the parent. She was very good with both of us and seemed genuinely happy to get as many pairs of shoes as we needed to find just the right fit. She is a stellar employee.
Just bought my second pair of Brooks from you guys. I have a lot of trouble with my feet, and these shoes seem to help with the pain. Very comfortable. The young lady that helped me was super nice and helpful.

You actually service the customer! I feel like your sales associates are willing to spend the time to get a proper fit when I am there.
However, I have found the in store selection somewhat disappointing. In one instance the associate ordered the shoe for me and had it sent to my home… yay! The next time the associate said I could order it on the website,…nay
If I have to order it myself anyway, I would probably look for a better price..
