I had great service with a knowledgeable sales associate. He did a foot scan and helped me try various shoes until I landed on the ones I got. He also assured me that if I had the same issue in these shoes that I did in my last ones that I could bring them back after running in them. Very helpful and so far I love the shoes.

The young woman who helped me was friendly, knew the product, and was patient with me trying on so many shoes. The guarantee was the clincher for the sale, though, because I was worried about spending that much on shoes that might not work out. I’m glad I bought the shoes and I probably wouldn’t have done so without the warranty
