Great service - staff very helpful
The foot scan gave me a lot of insight into why my shoes were proving to be uncomfortable. The gentleman listened to what I had to say and then fit me with the exact shoes I needed!
Staff member was well informed and listened to my thoughts on the different shoes I tried on to help me get what I wanted while at the same time making sure it was a good fit for my foot.

Your staff is professional, knowledgeable about products, and polite. The availability of OOFOS stock meets my needs đź‘Ť I wear OOFOS flops everyday, because they provide the cushioned support I need to keep pain at bay. When I'm not in OOFOS footwear, its Hoka One One for me with inserts! These products have changed my life!

I'm just a humble guy names Anthony, I hadn't been running very well. I was feeling very timid and very sad. But the last time I went to Fleet Feet, there was this guy named Byron. I was distraught when the store did not have my favorite shoe (Pegs). But Byron's customer service was really good. Without Byron even speaking to me, I was recommended the Brooks ghost instead. Man, what a good shoe. Another employee was checking me out for purchase, but Byron was there. He started staring at me and flickering his eyes. I knew what it meant, which was weird because I'm autistic, I usually have a hard time with body language. He was telling me that I would get out of my rut and everything was going to be okay. Byron's customer service was so good it cured my depression and my autism! I didn't even know the latter condition could be fixed. If I had to guess, that Byron must be a stand up guy that is just a well of positivity and talks about how much he loves people abd uplifts people all the time.
First you have great customer service. Everyone there is always very helpful. Never a discrepancy.
