Was having trouble with may facets of my medical billing for 2 weeks after switching from version 10.2.400 to 10.2.500. Talked with Yvonne today and went over all of the problems and fixed them all. Not sure why the reps I'd been talking to for 2 weeks couldn't handle these issues, but Yvonne fixed them all.

The software is easy and user friendly. If you have any questions, representatives are there to help you in any way and in a reasonable amount of time.

I love that they use Idea Scale to determine what changes/enhancements their users want then enact them. The Raintree staff are very kind, helpful and attentive - they know the names of so many of their users! The owners are Christians.
Great responsiveness, and always flexible to our needs. I'd like to see a few changes in the platform to make it a bit more modern (ability to do copays via the portal, take payments with tap and pay / apple pay, and a more modern search feature for patients), but overall, I love that we can customize to our needs.
Our problem was solve in 5 min.

When hiring employees that currently work at one of your customer's practices, I feel there should be more transparency in the process. The hiring of 2 of our office staff that were currently working during the interview process caused a terrible rift in morale with the remaining office workers. From February to May, we have had 6 office staff resign and only 1 give an appropriate notice (the first one hired by Raintree). While only 2 were actually hired by Raintree, the reports by these hires telling the other office staff that they were able to make 100k a year and work at home with minimal travel disillusioned the employees that left. We had 4 out of the 6 quit with no notice and one not work out their notice. We have some office staff who are still employed who are very unhappy with their jobs, actively looking for the next Raintree job opening they can apply for and make 100k from home with a high school diploma. They are also telling new hires that once they learn the Raintree program, they to can have a chance to work from home and make 100k a year. I am constantly hearing how the office staff that remain in our employ are "overworked" and would have it so much better if they worked for Raintree. The practice of hiring employees of your customers is unheard of in most industries and I am not sure why Raintree feels it is an appropriate practice. While we love the software and the company, this practice will lead us to seek out another EMR that may not be as great as Raintree, but will not disrupt our office in the way this situation has.

I don't make many calls to Raintree, and that is because it is one the most user friendly and efficient billing systems out there.

As one , if not the longest standing ASP Client with 21 years experience with Raintree, I have found the support staff to be responsive and able to solve issues that arise from the normal course of business dealing with Medicare and other insurance carriers. If there is one thing we have all learned, flexibility and adapting to an ever changing landscape is necessary in dealing with government agencies.
They get back to you in a timely manner.

We have gone through 4 EMR systems in the past 5 years prior to joining Raintree. Raintree has a complete EMR/integrated billing software that works seamlessly together. We are very happy to have joined Raintree almost 2 years ago.
My favorite part about RT is getting to work with awesome people! Teresa English is so valuable to our team at Ivy rehab. She remembers everything!! I've been very happy with Melissa V's responsiveness to our netsuite cases. She is very quick to offer valuable solutions.
I also feel very supported when I have an urgent issue.

RainTree stands behind their product and makes it better for the community as a whole, when there are issues the staff is friendly and tries to resolve the problem at tier 1 before it gets escalated, but when it does get escalated things often get resolved quickly.
The software is flexible and thorough. It meets your needs.

The Raintree team members are always there to help when you have questions or need help troubleshooting a problem. Everyone I have worked with has been kind and patient especially when I feel like I am asking a stupid question.
Your billing and collections are top notch. Your customer service is getting better with the addition of your new people. I still believe you can do the service side much more rapidly, but you are clearly trying and that’s better than a lot of software companies I’ve dealt with.
