For the most part everything is great, my only wish would be that we would be notified by email or fax when updates are going to happen and exactly what has been updated.

I have been very happy with my support representatives, especially Liz. She has been very knowledge and helpful. she has learned our setup and system to make recommendation that benefit our individual needs. Always pleasant and on time with support calls, giving you more time than planned if things need to explained to wrap up call properly. She keeps me on track and helps me understand what the next steps in the process are so I do not forget anything.
