The quick response when we have a question or we run into issues, and if the person is not able to help, it is rapidly escalated to the next level of help.
Everybody is very professional and friendly at the same time, and for the most part, very knowledgeable.
It is frustrating sometimes having to wait for a response, but that is mostly on us needing things to work right away.
We had some experiences in which the level of frustration was high on our part, and the level of response was very low in your part, but once we escalate it, people was moved around and we saw mas faster and effective results in solving our needs.
Overall, I enjoy working with the system, and the more I learn, the more I enjoy it. I wish I could take classes or something that would allow me to learn everything I need and the system is capable to give me. But then again, it requires patience and time, which some times is not abundant! :-)

The individual training Raintree has provided along with this years conference has been a huge step forward for us.
My words can't express how grateful I am to the awesome team I work with at Raintree. A special shout out goes out to Tauri, Toomas and Teresa - the 3 T's! These 3 wonderful human beings help me every day and I couldn't do my job effectively without them. When I'm doing a go live they help me on the weekend and go above and beyond.
We are also launching RT Telehealth through RT Connect and Indhu and Viney have been awesome at answering my questions quickly. As Covid has been ramping up and we are needing to use telehealth more again while we're trying out a new program. It helps me sleep at night knowing that this team will help me quickly.

It is your competent and attentive staff (from all levels) that has earned my life time loyalty.
The training was very good, but the follow up after the training was very helpful. They had no problem if I had to call my representative to get some personal help on an issue.
