In some occasions the solution takes longer than expected, especially if we need an urgent fix, but eventually we get there.
I would be nice to let RT employees, especially those helping clients to maneuver through the program, that we appreciate their help very much, in spite of sometimes getting a bit frustrated due to the unexpected wait.
We do understand that some fixes need more complex processes, but the frustration still builds up, and it might be perceived as a lack of appreciation.
