I had the rear window ( which is an escape window) broken out of my Class A Coachmen Mirada. General RV was quick to get the window replaced once the new one arrived from the factory. The only reason I didn’t give you a 10 is because the sealant on the window was somehow not applied properly and the window would not open (this is an escape hatch, right). I told my service advisor about it and seemingly could not convince her at first that the window needed to open! After several minutes of discussion, she did send someone out to look at it. The service person that went out got the window open so I left. It has now stuck again so I again need help with it. I just discovered this today so I will be calling to get another appointment.

The signing part was a breeze but. The PDI process was abnormal from having it where you purchased!
The people that helped me at the store: specifically Shawn Little, Mike D. and others that got me out the door from service people to receptionists. Now it the follow up is equal I will be a happy camper. I am accumulating a list to for my quick 30 day repairs I will be scheduling after Memorial Day.
We really enjoyed our RV buying experience. They had an amazing selection. There wasn’t any pressure and they were very knowledgeable about their product. Thanks to Ray, our salesman, and Ben in financing.

The purchase was a great experience. I had some issues with stuff not working and fixed it myself, but thought your company can do better with after sales service. If something does not work out of the box I believe you should fix it at my location.

I appreciated the time the sales associate spent with me in reviewing purchase options. I didn’t feel rushed when comparing features between campers. The three checkout staff, who reviewed the camper with me, went through the features and offered insights. Having three was nice because where one might not know a particular feature another could pick it up from there. The finance department spent time with me going over the paperwork and discussing options and benefits. Overall, I felt this was a very personal interaction with a positive experience.
This a a friendly company to deal with. From sales, finance, parts and service, you always feel welcome. There is always a smile on their face. Great people to make a great experience.

I'm new to camping. Just finished my first week long trip to Kentucky.
Prior to leaving we were having problems dewinterizing. A quick call to your service department put us in touch with someone who was very patient and knowledgeable. They walked us through the issue and we were on a roll!

Have worked with Olivia and Bayley for trailer summer and winterizing. Knowledgeable and explain work needed or suggested on our unit. Walk us through the process shown in the paperwork as completed and ideas for future visits. Pleased with the work that is completed by the technicians.

The service department has provided a very good experience over the past few years in spite of being short staffed. My satisfaction with your service is attributed mainly though to Amanda Brothers who does nothing short of a fantastic job - she’s handled some complicated situations with great competence and a willingness to ensure I was satisfied. Well there were 2 People that really stood out when buying my First RV and that was Alicia she Greeted me when I got there again check with me mid-way if all is good and when I got to pick up the unit and in all that I took that as caring, The other person was John during the walk Through he was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood all that he was explaining now what I didn’t like at the day of pick up the pressure and tactics use to sell me additional coverage and made me feel like soon I drove the unit off the lot lot of luck getting things repaired without extra warranty.I’ll cross that bridge hopefully it never comes Thanks JP
Even before we arrived your associates already called us to start the process of getting the insurance for the camper. Also everyone was so friendly and willing to assist us in a smooth purchase. We loved how there was a person for sales, a person to go over the operation of the camper, one person to go over the hitch sway bar system, one person for financing, ect. It was a great experience for us. Thanks!

Almost everyone was very kind and helpful. As first time camper owners, we had many questions. They took their time to explain and answer every question we had and made this experience memorable.
