We were passing through on a five week journey in our camper. The roof sprung a leak. We called General RV the day before to say we would be coming through Salt Lake City. Paul told us everything was already booked for the next day but that it would be OK to swing by. Stopped in Salt Lake City the next day and went immediately to your dealership. Paul talked to the appropriate people and ever so graciously worked us into the schedule, your excellent mechanic repairing our roof leak. Paul sent us on our way satisfied and happy, and with a general RV coffee thermos. You blew away with your service. I will tell everyone we know who might be passing thru; already gave you a shout out on the minimax forum. You guys rock!
The people who work there are both friendly and competent. We thought we had an unfixable problem with jacks . But your service rep. Matthew Ba’ath hooked us up with Master Mechanic, Haley who found the problem and then was able to find a part for Jacks no longer made. General is fortunate to have these 2 employed.

Although we didn't buy our RV from the Ashland facility, they were totally seamless and expert in performing warranty work. It's reassuring to know that an owner receives expert service from any of the many General RV facilities, and that you don't get a runaround just because it's not the facility you purchased the RV from.
