Bonnie was extremely helpful and gave frequent, timely feedback. Chris and Cody worked hard on the slide and informed me of the problems they experienced. Even though the slide couldn’t be fixed completely, a good plan was put in place to finish the job after a Mfg inservice has been complicated. It is so comforting to the owner when information is shared about your home (I’m a full timer), as it is often a disruption in your plans and commitments when service is required.

Really friendly and helpful people. Fred Montz on the sale and Dominic in winterizing the coach. At first I did not like the kid who sold me accesories, but I found out they were all really necessary. The guys who fixed the coach in service were really great also. Can't say enough about General RV.

What do you like about our company?

Prior to purchasing from General RV, I asked around for stories about all of the RV dealers in our area. General RV’s prices are comparable to all of the others and with factory specials can be the best price around. The service department in the overall scheme of things, while they can be challenging at times is still far better than all of the other dealers combined. I have purchased three RV’s and as long as you understand upfront that you WILL lose 5-10k on every transaction you’ll be just fine.

We bought our last camper here, and came back to upgrade to a class A. Some of the same people were working here almost 10 years later. We told Ben our sales guy what we wanted, and he took us out and showed us the unit that was perfect.

What do you like about our company?

Brian provides EXCELLENT service support. We have a Keystone Fuzion and he spent a significant amount of time assisting me in finding the exact right replacement part so I wouldn’t have to make multiple trips to install the parts ourselves.

What do you like about our company?

The warranty work that we had done on our Jayco trailer several years ago was done expeditiously and well. Our dealing with your parts department last week was also a good experience.
