We've always been greeted with friendly staff. Even when we have just stopped in for something small staff is always welcoming and willing to answer any questions we have or just ask how our camping season is going and about our trips. While waiting for service recently our salesman Riley took us out to look at some other Grand Design models we are thinking about for the future. Knowing that we are a few years out from trading up he still gave us a tour and told about all of the different features. Our current 5th wheel is our second purchase from General RV.

I liked that when there was a bunch of people waiting in the customer waiting area for our trailers/ RV’s to be serviced, they brought us freshly baked cookies & sub sandwiches! Nice touch!
