Everyone is friendly and very helpful with every question you ask. They don’t just sell you a camper or motor home and just say goodbye they are always there to help you.

Started with an online inquiry but ended up at the Ocala, FL General RV location. They were very professional (salesmen Tom and Jim in finance) were great to deal with. I was in a rush and they did everything possible to try and speed up the process.

First off we are on our 3rd service advisor, no one told us ours quit twice. We also looked at a new camper ran the numbers. We know what we want to pay for the unit and we have the cash. Yes, we are off on those numbers. Your sales manager came over to talk to us. He said to us “maybe your looking at the wrong coach”, that is an insult to me. In the service department, Hannah, Connie and Emily👍 In sales Todd was very nice very helpful 👍 Matt I’m not happy with for his comment 👎🏻. We are happy with our 260RD but can see the benefit of the 295.

Olivia was excellent for me to receive my RV from the shop after repairs. She is also very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail great job. Excellent employee. Good job Olivia

Very frendly and no business

Our sales rep, Brittany, was very patient with me during the shopping process and John was very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had throughout the purchase. I hope the service side will be just as awesome!

General RV gave me a great price on my fifth wheel trailer. Plus the service was outstanding when I went to go pick it up. They helped me with my hitch plate and made sure everything was working well. The price was substantially less than what I would’ve paid out of Boise Idaho. I thought they were very good value.

I’m very impressed. Courtesy and prompt service.
