This is the second RV (2023 Thor Sanctuary) we have purchased from General RV (first was a Winnebago Adventurer back in 2021 out of the Akron store). The first experience was great. Didn’t think it could get any better but they managed to up their game and give an even better experience (way to go Salt Lake City location). First, the negotiations were pain free and to the point. General offered a deal that beat anyone in the country (great job Bobby). Second, the finance and payment was smooth, quick and error free (thanks Hafin - quality operation he is running). Third, the day of pickup was well organized and efficient (way to go Bobby and Hafin). Finally, Heather did an outstanding job showing me around the rig and getting it ready for me to depart back to Colorado. To be sure, we will be calling General RV again when it’s time to upgrade!! Thanks again Hafin, Bobby and Heather - you all are AMAZING! General RV is a class act!

Ron my salesman was excellent. The walk thru was excellent. But customer support (Maria) was beyond excellent she was unbelievable. While moving between rv's I kept finding issues with the new rv and would contact Maria and in minutes there would be a repairman to make the repair. The repairman was great. It's just sad the new rv's have so many problems coming straight out of the factory. I've come to the conclusion that no matter what you purchase there is no quality assurance in the motorhome industry.
