Everyone was very personable and worked with us to get what we wanted.we decided to fly to Tampa to pick up the RV and make it a trip to get back home to PA. Hurricane Ian had plans also. The teM in Tampa made it happen on Tuesday before Ian hit and we were very grateful! We weren't supposed to take delivery until Wednesday. Friendly and excellent customer service. The dealership did everything they can to work things out for us.

They answered their phones in Service and was able to get parts ordered immediately. The only bad part it took from June to September to get the material in. That’s technically not there fault. Where when I had called the Wixom facility they could not return calls. But when I finally reached someone it was going to be August just to check it out.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I talked to the ladies in the service department and we're very helpful . I also talked to a young lady in the parts department that was extremely helpful in getting the parts that I needed. Any questions that I had were answered completely. I won't be going to any other General RV but the one in Clarkston, Michigan.

Sales person (Bruce) was very pleasant & helpful. The Wixom center was much nicer than the Brownstown location. However, the price for the two house (golf cart) batteries for my Class A motor home was a little pricey.

The biggest thing I liked about is the service I got that day and even all the times that we have been there.
