I get things done but when ever I come and get the same service done the price is more if you keep increasing the service price I will have to do it my self I risk not doing it right but it won’t matter if the price is the same as if I serviced my coach wrong and I have to have you fix it for the same price o hope you get what I mean .
Really liked the time that was spent with us when looking for new rv. Our salesman (Matt) was very knowledgeable about the different units shown to us. The process of financing was very easy, Angeline was very helpful. The day picking it up Aaron walked us through the process-he was excellent. He knew all the specifics of the unit. We had a great experience for the second time.
Service rep is excellent. Shawn Robey is the best in the business. He's up front with service costs and expectation, as well as knowledgeable about the various RVs.

The process was so clearly defined and thorough!! We feel really, really good about purchasing from this dealer! As a first-time buyer, they explained everything that we needed and didn't know we needed. They encouraged us to stay on the lot overnight and learn about our rig, the next morning they went over our questions and minor repairs without hesitation.
We were so impressed with how we were treated and handled as customers. It is not often in today's world that customer service is still the forefront of the business model.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time time with Tom, he was an excellent concierge and a great guy. Ricardo from the service department was exceptional! He replaced our bad water pump and a list of other minor things and wanted to make sure we were completely happy!
We have put over 5000 miles on our rig already, and we keep saying to each other that we would not have wanted to buy it anywhere else. If we had just jumped in and drove off, we would have been miles down the road with questions, problems and confusion and would have really disliked our RV experience. Thanks to General RV Ocala, we definitly started off on the right foot.

I got a little too close to a tree limb and did minor damage to my RV roof. They did an excellent job repairing the damage, and completed it right before the holiday weekend. I was pleasantly surprised.

Tim was an excellent employee and all of the guys in repair and service. They took time to explain procedure, showed us what was going on. When finished, Tim helped us hook trailer back up. Above and beyond. The gals at the desk were so polite and great help to us purchasing a couple of items. Explained the difference between products, setting it up and at cash register.
It is the people, not the company. I do appreciate you are a big national chain that has resources available to you, but working with Jan and the service team has been surprisingly good so far.

My new RV had a faulty A/C. I work/travel with my RV & needed it to travel out of state in 2 days after dropping it off. Christopher helped make magic happen & I had a new a/c within 24 hours.
