I’ve been a customer of General RV through two purchases and have been very happy with services for both. Although I’m very pleased with my latest service appointment, I would have liked updates during the lengthy process that potentially could have had serious financial consequences. So I was a little nervous about the outcome. Updates could have alleviated some concern on my part.

Things get taken care of when you are there.

Process went smoothly, However, due to understaffing, we had to wait a very long time for our walkthrough and minor repair issues that were pointed out at that time. Upon leaving we noticed that our unit was missing fluids so we had to wait additional time for that to be corrected. This is our fourth purchase from GRV and this long wait had never happened on our prior purchases. No fault of theirs just understaffed. Overall very good experience and excellent customer service.

Everyone that I interacted with at General RV was so friendly and helpful. Everyone. I found the perfect RV for my needs, at a good price, they fixed everything I asked them to fix, and delivered it to my home for me. It doesn't get any easier.

Several of the team members I interacted with gave me their cards and told me if I ever needed anything, call. The business manager gave me his personal cell to call if I needed anything. They are all about customer service there.
