I like Tom, my service manager very much. He Told me about his background and seems well qualified to lead. Has a genuine passion for his customers RV ownership. These are expensive rigs with expensive repair and upkeep costs and he gets it. Would recommend general RV to whoever has upkeep needed.

We had the best sales rep. named Tucker Reich. He was very patient and helpful to us. This was our first camper and we had many questions. He always made himself available no matter how many questions we had.
Our service rep. Chris Casazza has been great. We've had a couple of water leaking issues with our brand new camper as well as some other smaller issues. Chris has been sold thru the whole process. So far so good with the water issue.
