I arrived super late after getting lost on Granville Island (first time at this studio) and the woman at the desk was so incredibly nice and welcoming regardless. Great attitude--especially since those stressful getting lost, running late kinds of days are the ones when we usually need yoga the most! Also your studio is gorgeous and Catherine is a fantastic teacher. Thanks!
The floors are too hard and it is noisy since its on a busy street
The convenience of your location, the variety of classes offered, the pleasant manner of the instructors, the affordability of your classes ... my daughter is visiting from out of the city and was able to join the classes for a very reasonable fee. Wonderful incentive to recommend your services to others!
Everything from the friendly staff, variety of teachers to the most amazing location in Vancouver to do yoga!
I like the large variety of classes and that you are able to go to any of the studios. This make sit easy to find a class that fits into your day. I like the convenience of mats being provided. There are enough teachers that it is easy to find classes with favorite, even if not every teacher appeals to you. I also like having access to visiting teachers.
Very nice space (smelled a little funky last night though!), very nice counter people, great teachers, and lots of choice of times/styles of yoga.
I like that there are a lot of classes available at all times. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff.

Don't crowd so many mats into the room, it is far too crowded to be relaxing. If you insist on putting that many mats in there, maybe consider staggering them so that that if I was standing in the middle of my mat, the ends of my neighbours' mats would be directly beside me and not my neighbours' bum/knee/arm/head/whatever.
Improve washroom facilities and lighting in the studio. The supplied yoga mats also need to be replaced.
I like the openness of the entrance, greeted by smiles. I appreciate the per-set yoga mats as well as the usable props.

Great teachers (especially Cameron, Clara, Megan) and good selection of classes in Kits. There's always an emphasis on spirituality, not just on exercise which sets Semperviva apart.
it just is a dark space by design, so not much. I feel like you worked very well with what you have. I am missing plants in all of your studios :)

close to home and work, multiple locations and multiple class choices at various times.
In general I like the fact there are multiple locations which give variety for times, classes offered and types of classes. I like Sea Studio in particular because it is big, bright when Vancouver is not being Vancouver, and there is parking available. I find that space very peaceful.
P love everything about semperviva...as lovely as the studio is.. Its the staff and teachers feel so at home and comfortable there. I also love the shop every item feels as if so much care and thought went into choosing it...
Fantastic space to do yoga, easy parking in the lot right in front of the studio, great views and fresh air, and it is a little adventure to go down to Granville Island.
I loved the studio, the instructor was very supportive, I felt amazing after the practice!
I arrived late for a class on Wednesday night. I was a bit frazzled. The front desk staff were lovely and calm and they got me into class with minimal disturbance to everyone else and made my day suggnificantly better. Dan the instrutor was great as well. I like the direction he gave.

Variety of classes and locations
I'm not a fan of the changeroom facilities or washrooms. But at least it's better than the studio at trafalgar... I will never go THERE again!!!
