I found the atmosphere very relaxing and felt that I could proceed at my own pace. I also found the instructor very helpful which was great, considering that it was my first session and I have been nervous about doing yoga after many back injuries.
Good options in class type, teachers and schedule.
I've only been to two prenatal classes so far and they've been great. If you were able to offer the prenatal class more than once a week (for those of us who work regular hours (Mon - Fri) that would be amazing.
The instructor Cameron talked WAY too much throughout the class.

I like the variety of classes and teachers available to me. The staff and teachers are always friendly and welcoming and I enjoy practicing yoga with others in a warm environment.

Friendly helpful front desk employees. I have been taking yoga classes for 17 yrs and am looking for a place with skilled instuctors who know how to give a well balnced class.I am especially concerned about properly warming up my body.My long time instructor is not as available as he used to be and I have had some very bad sessions while searching for a good replacement.Although I have only had one session with your company, Rachel gave a wonderful,knowledgeble class on Friday and I am looking forward to trying out other instructors.I also appreciated head office personal changing my 30 day pass dates when I came down with pneumonia the day after I signed up.
The ambience of the class is fantastic, the teaches is very understanding of our conditions and doesn't push us over our limit, and I just think it's great.

I really like this studio! It's one of the best studios you have and the classes are at great times. That being said I think it would be nice to have some 4:30/4:45pm classes as many can't make your 4pm classes if coming from a job that finishes at 4. Otherwise I wonder if the bolsters/blocks could use a good cleaning, not just the mats. Thanks for the great yoga!

The entrance is crowded with strollers but that's just because it's 'baby and me' yoga. Maybe just encourage people to park their strollers in the changing/cubby area? Or the lobby?

Reception was cold. Not very helpful when requesting a towel for mat. Nicer. warm friendly reception for new clients is always a plus
Add Hot Yoga classes? Maybe classes that are small talks on the Yamas & Niyamas. 20 minutes long. Short and sweet.
More room between mats. Less rush between classes. Less humidity in the room.
Clean, friendly environment and great instructers
the last couple times there has been no accessible kleenex and the room has been full plus NO spritz bottles- only 2 which others had conveniently placed beside their mats - not enough for a full class and to quickly start ones day - please provide more sprizter bottles, sponges and kleenex on a regular basis
