Better communication. I understand you are doing the best. However, my request for suspending my membership during my 3 week absence was not processed - I discovered it when I returned from trip. Confirmation by e-mail might help.

I'm still not sure what goes on with the heat at that studio. It tends to be either turned all the way up to 30 or turned off, rather than set at room temperature and left there. On a super chilly day, one would think the heat would be set higher than 10 degrees.

While you do have one teacher who runs dynamic and physically intense Power Yoga classes, I find that most of the other power yoga classes are not very physical. They are really just regular Hatha classes. I feel most of the Power Yoga classes generally are not physical enough to push students to higher levels in their practice. I realize that the intension of yoga is not to supplant a typical workout. However, I personally get the most out of the yoga experience through a more physical challenging class. For me the intensity helps me connect and reach the yogic bliss point! Also I only have one time to get exercise and do yoga in a day. I don't have the luxury of working out and attending a separate yoga class each day. So for me I want a power yoga class to be physically powerful. I do love your studio and enjoy most of the teachers. Im just craving a more powerful yoga class and want to know that if Im going to a power yoga class I feel it! I hope this helps, its my honest opinion.

Wider variety of classes, more early a.m. classes at other studios
The variety of classes and times that are available. I also have a number of hatha instructors that I really enjoy. The front staff is always welcoming and helpful!

Variety of classes and times (love having a class almost every hour!). Beautiful studio, convenient location. I love the products you offer in the shop. A huge plus for me is the fact that you provide all mats and props free of charge! This is HUGE and saves me a headache every time I'd have to pay $2 for a mat rental in case I forgot to lug mine out the door.
Also, your student package is a life-saver.

I will probably try it again, but I prefer a smaller, more intimate yoga class with a little more room between mats. I love that the mats are free, but the sponges you use to wipe them down are kind of gross! Washable rags would be better!
Good teachers, many class times to choose from.
1) do not place yoga mats in front of props shelves. 2) list workshops if scheduled before classes to avoid arriving early for warm-up. 3) add a large mat at the head of the reception area to absorb water and ask that shoes be removed beyond this point. 4) Remind instructors in this and other studios not to play music too loudly. Often voices are difficult to hear (e.g. Emily, Krista)

The room was very packed. It's great that lots of people can attend but can be squishy when doing moves that require arms or legs outside of the mat
