Great service and friendly staff

Shawn was amazing! I like the atmosphere as well.
Front desk staff are always courteous, with a quiet, calm, and soothing manner appropriate to a massage and wellness center.
The waiting room with the picture of the lake and dock is perfect for sitting and clearing your mind before the massage.
My only quibble is with the background sound. For the most part, the tracks are pleasant, but I sometimes find it overly loud. And there is usually at least one very abrupt transition between tracks, which is a little jarring.
But the very best part is NATALIA! I love getting onto the heated massage table and letting her take all my worries away. She is a miracle worker for those who like a soft touch.
The receptionist was very friendly and attentive. My therapist was highly professional and knowledgeable.

The only issue I have is regarding booking. Typically you have to book months in advance. Often times I need some work done but can't in, when the work is actually needed.
Hi Jeff! Thank you for being a member with us. We apologize that you are having a hard time booking your appts when you need them. It is true that we are booking 4-6 weeks in advance at this time, but we do have a waitlist that we work when last minute cancellations come up. If you need a last minute appt, give us a call and we'll put you on that day's list. We get 1-10 cancellations the day before / day of appts and we can always reach out as they come up. Otherwise, we suggest booking as far as 6 months out so that you are always guaranteed your preferred day, time, and therapist. Happy New Year, Sam

Our walk in rates are pretty comparable with the other massage chains in the area (Massage Envy, Dream Clinic) and I've actually seen some smaller places charge quite a bit more. If you'd like to receive a discount, we do have discounted options with our membership or with our package deals.
