Kiko is hands down the best massage therapist!! She is life changing! I had a baby recently and needed a massage badly and it felt rejuvenating after! Thank you for being open on Christmas Eve! Everything is mostly closed then and no traffic on the road. It was a perfect day for self care!

Improve the quality of facials by teaching the estheticians to incorporate facial massage before mask and hand & arm massage during mask.

Len was super friendly at the desk, the place was immaculate and the lobby beautifully decorated for Christmas. But above all, Victoria did a wonderful job. I came in with numbness and tingling from months of stress and computer work at my job. Victoria really listened and worked to help me. I couldn't believe how effective it was and how great I felt. She is really talented at her job. I will be back!

I honestly made the scheduling process difficult having to go back and forth due to a couple massage and sickness with my husband. However, staff was super accommodating and did not make me feel badly about it at all. Confirming and sending a reminder about the appointment was also great given a busy life! The massage therapists my husband and I were both very kind and did a great job as well. It was a great experience!

LaVida was not prepared for my allergies (skin allergy of gluten) for my facial. They did accomodate them once I was there but I don't feel I got the full experience.

Bryan really understands how the muscles work. I really enjoy being his client and he has helped me with a number of back and neck issues.

It was easy to set up an appointment and the staff in Canton were very friendly. I have had basic massages that included face and neck and this massage did not include that. The massage was just ok.

Overall, finding a good therapist there was mostly misses. Marie was great but most of my massages were just not good. I always conveyed what I wanted but the quality of therapists just isn’t good.

My plan yesterday was to quit the monthly massage since I have not been 100% satisfied with the services provided. There have been a few mishaps and just felt like it wasn't worth it. I tried a new person yesterday, Anthony. I have already booked another massage with him he was fantastic! Even told him I found the one!

I would also encourage the person in the room next to him to shut up while doing services. Her talking with her client did disrupt my service being provided. The walls are paper thin and I like a quiet environment when trying to relax - I really do not want to hear the other two next doors full conversation.

The front desk assistants were very nice and accommodating and the massage therapist really listens to your needs! I will definitely be returning.
