Kathrina is the best of all the masseuses that I have tried so far. She’s finds all the pressure points. When she’s done I’m so relaxed.

Quinton does an excellent job as a massage therapist. He's extremely professional and caring. I have enjoyed getting to know him and he is skilled at his job. Jada is fantastic on the front desk. She's fun, delightful and very proficient at getting my next fabulous visit scheduled. With awesome staff like this and the beautiful environment at LaVida Colorado Springs I always look forward to my monthly visit. You will too!

Figure out a way to get some of the therapists to get better…several have disappointed…maybe a feedback system from customers that triggers training if repeat issues… otherwise, the customer service, desk staff and scheduling are top notch!

I can assure you that all of our therapists are vetted and do a practical before being hired. We do not hire therapists that don't have the skills to give a quality experience. Our 17 therapists all vary in pressure, techniques, and styles and sometimes, it may take some shopping around to find your perfect fit. During the check out process, we ALWAYS ask how your massage was. If a therapist isn't a good fit for you, we want to know about it ASAP so that we can direct you to a provider that will be a better fit for your needs in the future. In addition, if a therapist were to get negative feedback on a consistent basis, we would definitely use this as a training opportunity to go over the collected feedback and improve on skills. I'd love to find you a therapist that can be your "perfect fit." Nice atmosphere, I like having the opportunity to go for a salt room session and stretching session as well as massage.
My massage with Andrea was wonderful! She is professional and understood exactly what I needed. She did a great job.
This place is great, I took my teen there because she is starting to see some pimples and blackheads that were making her feel self conscious. Stacy gave her the best facial, explained to her what she should do from this point forward and how to care for her skin. She was patient and informative. Will definitely recommend! Thank you for making her first experience enjoyable.
