The website stated craniosacral massage was offered and I put that was what I wanted. Wasn’t informed until I arrived that no one at the Rome location was trained on that. The girl did fine for what I got but the entire reason I booked was for that specific massage. If it’s not offered at all locations the site should allow you to choose specific massages and where you can get that. There was a very specific reason I wanted that one.

In some cases, it would be nice to pay upfront instead of after the service. I get that you would want to pay after, but after getting a massage and I’m totally relaxed. The last thing I want to do is processor Credit a tip or whatever.
The massage from Adam has relieved pain in my hips.

I had asked for a deep tissue and definitely did not receive, and my 60min massage started at 6:50pm and ended at 7:38pm. The girl who massaged me was sweet as could be though! I do suffer from pretty bad back and wrist pain and want someone I can trust to genuinely work on it so I just don’t think this place is for me.

Our team tries really hard to ensure each client is paired with the right massage therapist based off of their personal needs. Our 60 minute massage consists of 50 minutes of hands on massage and five minutes prior to and after the massage is for undress, dress, and consultation. We appreciate your business.
