Relaxing
Each time I’ve called last minute for a massage they have been able to accommodate me and the therapists have been excellent.

Everyone we met there was very nice. Great service.
It’s frustrating when an hour massage gets reduced to 40 minutes. It’s clear on the website that a massage will equal 50 total minutes, ending 5 minutes early and starting 5 mins late. Still not sure why I’m paying for 1hour. The setup and cleanup should be on the salons time. My last two sessions ended 30 minutes early so I’ve been a bit frustrated.
Christin, I am happy that we were able to speak with you about your visit to our Center. This gave us the opportunity to confirm that your session started early. We do build in 15 minutes at the end of the session for set up and clean up of our rooms. This gives us the opportunity to ensure we are ready for the next client on time. The front office is well run with helpful people and all the therapist I have seen are very good at their different massage techniques.
It’s pretty good, I hadn’t been there in awhile, bc last couple of times I scheduled something it got “mixed “ up, and it didn’t work out, very disappointing at the time. This last experience was very good, and everyone was very helpful! I would just like it to stay that way!

Great staff, great facility
I went in for a couples massage, my masseuse was above and beyond amazing however, the young lady who gave my husband a massage, didn’t touch his feet or his hand. I was truly disappointed because his work over, uses his hands and his feet and the treat was to totally relax.

Better therapists. Some are great some are only so so
After straining my neck I came in for some neck relief. After specifically explaining that to my therapist really wanting to focus on my neck and the pain I was in. He dived more into my previous surgeries (that haven’t ever affected massage in the past) and I could tell he wasn’t comfortable working on my neck.
I should have rescheduled with someone else for a different day, but I was already there and decided to give it a try. He mentioned three or four times if I wanted to do other parts of my body, and I did feel pressured to say yes. The work he did on my actual issue was just a few minutes and it was more stretching vs massaging which helped none.
I’m now having to pay for another massage in a different space to get some neck relief.
