Every massage I’ve gotten at LaVida has been great!! Have been going there for years. All the masseuse are great and professional. They are have different styles and you get exactly what you ask for as far as the type of pressure, relaxation or therapeutic massage. Highly recommend!

Not have as many changes to appointments. Therapists are great. Could not ask for better massages.
I was a first time client and was excited for relief of my sore back muscles from stress. I circled the spots on my upper back and shoulders tor specific focus on the sign in sheets from the front desk. My masseuse never touched any area I needed most through the massage. She literally slapped oil on me and smeared it around over and over with no muscle focus or massage technique. She used her elbow to jam into the sides of my butt several times over and over - yet never once concentrated on the muscles I was specific in needing attention. We had even discussed that my upper back was needing work before the massage. I was so appalled at how bad the massage was I couldn’t even tell her with words. I didn’t think she had any training and it was like a joke of how she was executing her “technique”. I even asked the front desk at pay time if she was new- they told me no, she had been there the longest. What a terrible choice to come to this parlor.

The massage was great; however my 90 minute massage started at noon and done at 1:15 (75 minutes).
As far as how to make it right, I'm not sure.
Hi Carmen! I believe we have resolved this issue with you. I will follow up with my team to confirm this. We made a mistake in scheduling and accidentally fit in a long massage in a smaller space. We would love to know how we can make it right. Looking forward to having you experience a real 90 min massage :).

Yaz, is a great therapist. I slept so well that night and felt strong when I left no aches or pains. She messaged areas on my legs and under arm that made a huge difference. She is really good if you like deep tissue message.
The staff and very professional services.
All of the staff I've met are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Michelle always provides a great experience with frequent check ins during my deep tissue massage sessions, which I appreciate since they can be intense. I always come away feeling great and I look forward to my monthly appointments.

Kiko is hands down the best massage therapist!! She is life changing! I had a baby recently and needed a massage badly and it felt rejuvenating after! Thank you for being open on Christmas Eve! Everything is mostly closed then and no traffic on the road. It was a perfect day for self care!
Improve the quality of facials by teaching the estheticians to incorporate facial massage before mask and hand & arm massage during mask.
