Marie, thank you for the feedback. I am sorry there was a strong rubbing alcohol smell in the room. We have had a couple of therapists and clients with the flu recently, so many of our therapist are proactively disinfecting their rooms for everyone's safety. However, we can do this effectively and not have a strong smell. I have spoken to all therapist about this so we can maintain our safety standards and not have any offensive odors. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we hope to see you again soon!
Devon was wonderful! This is one of the best massages I have ever had. She was knowledgable and very kind. I had a migraine so she focused on issues with my TMJ. She was excellent!
Staff is friendly, and masseuses are knowledgeable and helpful.

clean, and quiet atmosphere
This is my first time and my husband booked a facial as a surprise. I really liked how zen the environment was but the person who did my facial had nails and was poking my face a lot.
I made appointment with Reesa. Shula was substituted without asking.
She applied too much pressure twice and hurt my back. She left the room for me to disrobe and didn't return for 15 minutes. I liked when she massaged with her hand but too much pressure with her forearms. I don't want her again.
Very good massage and communication and very professional as well
I was so relaxed! My therapist was so kind and attentive to my problem areas..
Afterwards I slept like a baby when I got home!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful from the minute you walk in the door! Spencer was wonderful and the only thing wrong was that it wasn’t longer; so next time I’m getting a 2 hour massage!

Jeffery, gives a very good deep tissue massage. He listens to my concerns and hits my trouble spots with very good pressure. The Shelby Twp. location is very clean and smells great with very nice ambience.

Upon arrival was warmly greeted, offered drinks and bathrooms. Educated on services and products. Greeted by the tech, Christiana and had an absolute great massage, started with neck and lower back issues and with all of the stretching and massage my neck was great. I enjoyed it so much I immediately booked another.

I asked for some aroma therapy to be added to my session, I was given a tissue with some essential oil on to for me to smell while I was being massaged.
I expected oil to be burnt in the room during the session, to ascent the room.

Unfortunately we are unable to burn aromas in the room for our next guest coming in after you may not enjoy the scent or could be allergic. Aromas can be used to inhale when face down in the face cradle or added to an eye mask when face up or even can be added to oil or lotion for application as well. The entry to the facility is lovely and such a refreshing spa smell. The treatment room had an overwhelming smell of alcohol. I understand having to disinfect, it was overwhelming. I asked Major if there was an open bottle of alcohol in the room and he said no. I asked if I was the first person to mention it. He said no again.
