I asked standard to fix a leaking furnace pipe last summer. I was told I needed a new part and paid to have it replaced. The leak is still present and I am now told I need to pay 1500 to replace all piping to get it to stop (when they came out for inspection). Why did i pay for that other part? WAlso on the tune-up of the AC last spring, the tech missed there was not enough freon. I had another company come out as part of a home repair warranty when the AC stopped working and he said the AC unit did not look like it had received the spring service and he took care of the freon leak. Standard used to be good but since I moved to this house this year it seems like a failure. When my prepaid services fun out I will be seeking another company.

Friendly and informative and professional
This was our first experience with a Heating Company since becoming homeowners. It was way less scary than we thought it would be. Everyone was professional and knowledgable, from the call center to the employee who came to service.
I found you to be very thorough in analysis before even installing the boiler.
The appointment was easy to schedule. Also Ben (and Seth) were friendly and professional.
