Kyle is very open and good at what he does and this is why we are having a furnace put in tomorrow and had a air unit put in last year from you, because of him and his helping us with financing.
No one replaces a working 30 year old furnace with a top of the line new one and expects problems in 5 years. When that happened to us, we felt lucky we were inside the warranty period. Since the furnace was technically working and just making noise, I was wondering if there would be a problem getting the issue covered under warranty. I think we were lucky or smart to have bought the furnace from Standard Heating and Air Conditioning. The issue was resolved and the warranty was honored with no extra effort on my part. As a realtor with Better Homes and Gardens my wife is often asked for recommendations for home upgrades and repairs and has recommended Standard Heating several times.
Technician left area as he found it and cleaned my filter and disposed the old one.
Our furnace has lasted almost 20 years. When service was needed, it was done promptly.
I haven't talked to your sales rep yet but as a heating and cooling company I would hope you would be pushing concepts related to sustainable design and even offering assistance for people and designers working towards Net Zero Energy, specifically, Right Sizing, heat pumps as opposed to combustion systems, heat recovery, mini splits, whole house energy retrofits, and you should have installers and designers on staff who are GreenStar certified.

Your time window for technician arrival is too long. I can see that until the day before or the day of the appointment you give me a three or four hour estimate, but then you should narrow it down to a more specific time based on my place on the list.
