Called for service and within 2 hours we were taken care of and it was a Saturday. Very happy with everything from start to finish
Prompt response to my initial phone call and had a service technician at home the same day. Also, the technician was polite, curtious, and clearly communicated the problem w/ our furnace. He was knowledgable and able to answer all of my questions immediately. We had heat in our house again quite quickly.

Consistancy of service. Some of your techs have been great, like Nick, and others have been awful (i.e.. taking 5 minutes to do a safety check on two furnaces; saying my sister has cracks in her heat exchanger and the furnace is so old that it should be replaced when a tech called in for a second opinion said that there were only scratches on the heat exchanger and nothing needs to be done to the furnace. Standard Heating installed her furnace in about 1995.
Same day service. On time. 3 hour window better than 4 or all day. Polite service person. Fixed quickly.

He was very courteous, and quickly located the the problem. He corrected the problem, explained the cause, and due to the age of the furnace(30+ years) he suggested it might be time to consider a replacement. (I have been told this by other sources)
