My condo was very clean when merry maids finished. My shower grout has lots of mildew. I was hoping they could have removed it, but was told they used bleach and did the best they could. It will probably need to be regrouted. I agree, because I’ve also tried various products without success.
I was expecting a full DEEP clean of my apartment and got just what could be considered a standard/cursory cleaning.
I love coming home every other Thursday because the Merry Mids makd everything aparle and shine.

There should be phone coverage on Saturdays for questions or if person delayed to inform customer.
The ladies did a great job -- fast, thorough and efficient. Ours is an old house and you never get it clean but they came pretty close! An old glass lampshade was inadvertently broken and luckily no injuries when it fell to the floor and smashed. The cleaner was very apologetic and said there was a process for handling.
I look forward to the next visit. Have already recommended Merry Maids to a friend.

For starters, when I had the initial cleaning, I was charged an extra $50 even though I found the cleaning unsatisfactory. Clearly there was a miscommunication as they sent somebody else to my house to redo the bathroom. The people on the phone are polite and have a tendency of glossing over the actual issues. Whenever I receive the voicemail letting me know that someone is coming to clean the home, they never told me the time. I always had to make a second call back to get the correct information. I don't feel that my house is ever been truly clean. My last cleaning in the bathroom once again had stains on the tile. Being that that was my last cleaning, I let it go. Going forward I know better and we'll go with somebody who's recommended to me. Years ago with Merry Maids, I had an issue with a manager and eventually called corporate for it. I gave merrymaids another chance and totally regret it. If you want to make this right, I suggest you give me a partial refund for my last cleaning. I went ahead and hired another cleaning service to come which is going to cost me another $125 to complete the cleaning that should have been initially done. I don't blame it on the people cleaning the home, I blame Merry Maids ridiculous policy to rush the cleaners and give them a limited amount of time to get everything done.
The job was done well but there was a glass from the fridge that was broken. The cleaner said that it shattered but the fact is that it got broken.

you have wonderful people working for you! I was gone for several months and found my home a real hoarder disaster zone. The maids made an embarrassing situation disappear. So glad called them. The only thing I can complain about is the pine smell product used ,as it makes me wheeze.
The Home Office is understaffed and the staff that they have are not good listeners, they lack experience and knowledge.
The work from our cleaning crew has been consistently getting the job done. We are very happy with the effort and pride they put forth in their work.

Cleanings are not consistent from one cleaning to the next.
I don’t have the physical capacity to do my own cleaning any more. Merry Maids provides a vital service.

My service is wonderful. Liza is great! However, the contract needs to be looked at and revised. A year is a big commitment, but if you don't have the contract you are charged double. The service that is offered by Merry Maids (corporate ) is not worth anymore than the 115 I pay under contract. The money is going to the company and not the hardworking employees. Consider 6 months.
I only gave a 7 because I’ve only had my house cleaned once so far so I wouldn’t recommend or not recommend Merry Maids, yet. So far so good though.
Very pleased with the quality of services and products had nice fresh not cloying odors. I am pleased that it was what I wanted and expected. Please keep up the good work.
