Sometimes after a job when a cleaner does a outstanding job, I have called and asked that the person/persons can be my preferred cleaner if possible. This seems to guarantee that I never see them again.

I intentionally retain a professional company to do the clean at my home in Marshfield, MA. Dispite the fact that no one occupied the house over the winter I wanted it cleaned once a month to keep down the dust and cob webs/dust bunnies. Although I was billed for full cleaning, the house was not clean. Cobwebs/dust bunny should not accumulate over a week or month if the house was cleaned and no one was occupying the house. Then when the summer season was to start, the crew was to be there between 9 - 2 and this past Saturday, the said they showed; however, I had a team at the house at 11 and not one had cleaned and when my team came back at 3:15 the house still had cob/webs under the stands beside the sun room chair and couch, dust on the steps, tooth paste in the sinks and mirrors. The house was not cleaned. This is not the first time that I have raised the concern, and this time it was a challenge in as though there was no one at the office on Saturday to send a crew when I had a family coming into the house. Not acceptable business practices. I am still waiting for a call back from the Manager~!.

I had a deep cleaning done with a quote +- $50 depending on time spent. The cleaning took half the time they expected but the price didn't reflect the -$50. The cleaning was okay, bathroom rugs were not vacuumed. They were very convenient though, so would recommend using if in a bind.

I had heard bad reviews of Merry Maids but because I needed someone on short notice I thought I would give you a try. Also wanted recurring services but wanted to wait to see how initial cleaning went prior to committing. The ladies were pleasant and professional and what they cleaned they cleaned well however several things were overlooked which may have been because it was a late last minute Friday appointment. Examples; white ceiling fan not dusted (very noticeable), blinds in bathroom not dusted, baseboards missed and made up bed but never asked for clean sheets so bed was made with unclean sheets (looked nice but not a big help to me). If you would like pictures let me know. Very dissatisfied.

Cleanings are very inconsistent. Some weeks they are great and very thorough. Other weeks I find the clean sheets have been layered over the dirty sheets (instead of dirty sheets removed) and a "Lighter Leash" left in my daughter's bedroom.

I would prefer to have one set of cleaners assigned to me who can consistently do a thorough job.

Dissapointed in final results inches of dirt left on bakers rack and canister set in kitchen, floor washed but not well. Barthroom floor was washed but hair was stuck on floor and left behind. Improve on final results.

My cleaning cost $465 for a 2,100 square foot house. The people that came to clean were super nice - no problem there. But the cleaning was no where worth the cost. The cushions on the couch and chairs in the living room and den were not cleaned. There was dog hair and crumb still on/in them. The wet mopping went around the legs of the chairs so I could still see the dust circles around all leg chairs. Dusting of the furniture was not complete. It just was NOT a full cleaning. I have had 2 women come in before for $100 and do a much better job! I seriously thought for the crazy price of $465 I would get an incredibly sparkling clean house!!! Really too bad.

Kevin comes to our home every other week, and he consistently does a very good job, and he is always pleasant and cheerful.

Some spots of the floor and top of 3/4 walls don’t get cleaned

The utility room hasn't been dusted.....I had to move things out to get washer serviced, and there was a ton of dust.

The last one used to change the foil in the toaster oven, and clean up around the trash barrel in the kitchen, and the new one doesn't, even though I have provided a detailed list for each room - I wish the list was adhered to, and there was some consistency.

Honestly I’m not very hard to please!!
But I have to admit the job was fair at best!! I don’t even think they dusted my apt.. sure the vacuumed cleaned counter tops etc. I’m not that guy who complains!!! But u asked!
