Send the same team! I like Nanette & Faith! They did a great job! Crystal also did a great job by herself! That was ok with me that she cleaned alone. I would like to add on the 2 nd bedroom and office for the next cleaning. Kathy Harold told me to let her know when those rooms were ready for cleaning. Please tell her. Reminder, my husband is taking chemotherapy! Q

Do not send a one woman team who only takes 1 hour to clean 7 rooms. This has happened twice. I insist on two team members.

I have dining room chairs up against a wall. I moved them to use and the corner wall behind them was full of cobwebs. They sweep these chairs so how did they miss this?

They don't waste time and do a good job of cleaning.

It's great to come home and have everything just look wonderful.

Consistency could be better. I would rather have the same persons for every visit so that they get to know my pain points. Writing them down in the book helps, but is still not the same.

A few of the workers exhibit the standards you advertise, most do not.

I prefer to have things like all baseboards wiped and doors and doorways dusted every other visit (every four weeks), and then on the alternate visit, have all blinds, hung picture frames, and ceiling fans dusted (every four weeks). I do not really care for the rotating deep cleaning certain rooms method.

I was seriously considering checking out a different company - however the team that cleaned on May 5 (Arletha, Donna, Infinity, and Tara) did a terrific job! Very pleased with the results!

Aretha knows how to clean! I also appreciate not having to have a set time every month.

There is no product odor when they are finished. They usually ask if any thing needs special cleaning when they arrive. Best of all, I am not doing the cleaning right now! My age and health situation has made this difficult for me to do the cleaning.

For two months, different crews were sent to our home. Each time, a bathroom was skipped, the counters in the kitchen were missed, and it was obvious they had not vacuumed or mopped the entirety of the floor. This was after requesting the same (specifically Amy) person be at our house, even if it meant switching days. To make matters worse, the "bad crews" never left a note saying their names. This made me feel very uncomfortable not knowing who was in my home. After cancelling services, they sent another crew to our home when we were not expecting them. Thankfully for us, it was Amy, and we could trust that nothing would be taken, including the cash I had accidentally left on the kitchen table.

If a customer has only been happy with a specific person, I would like to think that your company would do all they could to make that person always work with that customer. But especially not sending new and inexperienced crews with no supervision.

Misty and Trish are the 2 ladies working in our house. They always call before they come. They are very courteous, congenial, and like to visit while DOING there work. We are VERY pleased with the job these 2 ladies are providing to us. We have NO complaints with their work. We all enjoy visiting with each other while they are doing their work. The cleaning is ok not great. I don't think my floors are done when the girls come and my kitchen sink is never cleaned. There is soap scum on the shower outside door. My bathroom sink had toothpaste still in it.

All of the girls have been really nice though. They are in and out so quickly I don't think it's possible to clean everything in the time that they are here.

The team does an excellent job of paying attention to details when cleaning. The products leave a clean, fresh smell throughout the house.

I was able to receive an immediate appointment on the day that I needed. The girls showed up on time and were extremely efficient, nice and hardworking. The cost of $200 for 2 hours was very high.

I have to same crew every time. They know my house and do a really good job.

My house cleaning conducted on April 18th was poor. The cleaners rushed through the cleaning and utilized something that scratched my stainless steel appliances.

Love the results. My house always looks amazing when Misty & Trish are finished.

I appreciate the responsiveness of the team giving extra attention to an area that they notice during their service visit. The team is always there on the day and time frame that I have requested, this helps me to accomplish more to meet the role I have as caregiver to my grandchildren and elderly parent. The products they use are environmentally friendly and gentle so I do not see stress to my furnishings cabinets or floors. I feel Merry Maids is essential to helping me care for my home.

I love the smell when I walk in the house after merry maids has cleaned. It is very comforting and not overpowering.
