I am having to always call and ask for normal things to be done i.e. pull the chair out and vaccum under it.

lower prices would help

A little disappointed with some floor cleaning jobs such as our Master bathroom floor. Also dusting jobs not always the best they can be. And overstuffed chairs not always vacummed around the buttons,etc.

Have 2 teams rotate to clean the same houses each week. The 2 teams would know the client and vice versa and the teams would know the quirks of the house and client. This may result in increased efficiency for the teams.

Be on time

Not sure my bathroom floors are actually getting mopped or mopped thoroughly. There's dirt behind the bathroom door in the master that's been in the same place through the last 2 cleanings... so that's over a month... Cleaning crew is in and out very very quickly and I have a big house... so seems almost too quick...

Quick, efficiency, I can continue to work while they are on business, will redo anything that I feel was not done properly.

The ladies who clean my home really care about the job they do. They are definitely client and quality focused. They are personable and have good client service skills.

The efficiency and the willingness to go above and beyond the bare minimum for a heart patient. All the girls have been so friendly I feel I've made new friends each time a new team comes.

Vacuum or shake out throw rugs, make sure the edges of the kitchen counters are wiped clean.

I like the fresh smell of clean and the vacuum marks on the carpet. I like the attention to detail and the folding of the toliet tissue makes me feel like I am in a hotel. The girls are very friendly and respectful and are attentive to my cleaning needs. I am very pleased with Merry Maids service and have already recommended them to friends.

Be more thorough. Many things get missed if they are not pointed out.

I like the politeness of the maids and how thorough they perform their work. They always ask if there is anything more they can do for me. I am totally satisfied with their work.

There is little attention to detail. Baseboards are never cleaned, staircase hasn't been cleaned the past two cleanings, sometimes cabinets are left uncleaned and shower tile & grout is still dirty after cleanings. Becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the thoroughness though the girls are very pleasant and courteous.

The Merry Maids are very dependable and thorough.

The crews never use a mop! They grasiously respond to any special request. Most all employees are very personable and fun to have in my home.
