I left a message requesting someone call me and I've not received a call. We are long time customers. For several months we have not had our regular team. Additionally, the teams are arriving much later than our agreement. I work from home and am on many conference calls. I try to book my schedule around when Merry Maids is due to be at our home. Most times when the team is late I do not have them clean my office since I'm on a conference call or leading a webinar yet we still pay the same amount. I want to be assigned a regular team and a realistic time range to expect them. I feel we are being taken advantage of due to our tenure.
I like the clean smell, seeing the carpets swept, hardwoods mopped, bathrooms spotless!
I love coming home to a clean house. the floors look great. I think my favorite room though is the bathroom. Love how shiny and clean it looks
I like that 2 or more people tackle my home asa team which makes it faster and more efficient. I like that a walk through estimate is done first so that i know what is expected each week. I like that the same people come each week when possible to build trust and a relationship. I like that you bring your own products and equipment.

I like the consistency in level of service and the always sunny attitudes of the staff. I like that the products are not overly scented.
