Reliable, honest.

Not a big deal, but we were expecting a call when they were on the way, but they just showed up at the door. We were here and ready for them, but it was something we were told would happen and it didn't.

I did not rate higher because one observation is not enough to develop a good answer.

Misty and Trish always call before they arrive. They are very courteous, congenial, get their work done in a timely fashion. They are easy to talk with while they are working. These 2 ladies have been taking care of our house for nearly 2 years. We have no complaints.

Improve your communication within your office staff. Recently, Merry Maid office staff temporarily moved our cleaning day due to the holidays. While the staff at Merry Maids wrote in their notes we were given a time, Pastor did not receive a time change, only the date change. As you can imagine with the holiday schedules already busy---it was chaotic to say the least for us - the customer - to rearrange our schedules to accommodate your need to change our schedule. This is the second incident involving major miscommunication between the office staff and the customer. Our first was when the cleaning crew was not receiving the right information about what to clean at the church. We have stayed with Merry Maids because we love our assigned team that comes to clean each week. We have done this even with the communication issues within the office office and the fact we have had other quotes to clean our building twice a week, for less money (Merry Maids only comes once a week). The wonderful ladies who clean for us each week have literally continued the business relationship between Merry Maids and The Bible Church. I give your company a score of eight. It is only this high because of our cleaning crew.

My wood floors! It seems as if there's no consistent way they are being cleaned. Sometimes they will do a great job and the floors will look great, other times its a dull film thats left with swipe marks. Other than that, everything else is pretty good. I wish they'd send 2 people to do my home, but i understand youre trying to get more bang for your buck.

The last visit was the worst. The kitchen sink didn't even get cleaned. The master bedroom floor was not clean. I really don't know what the problem is and I hate confrontations with people. They don't even ask if everything is ok; they just pop out the front door and leave before I realize what has happened. I try to be patient with people but I find that the last few visits have just left me more and more frustrated.
