The ladies who did our service did a great job on most rooms, but skipped the floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. I expected a lot from a deep clean, especially considering I paid $150 extra.

Inconsistency of cleaning due to varying people performing the tasks. Some are much better than others at certain things.
Dust furniture.
I like knowing the ladies will be at my house the same time each month. It is so nice to have a clean house when they are finished. I have found that almost all of the Merry Maids are pleasant and do an outstanding job! Thank you, Merry Maids.
Also, if I call with a concern, the ladies who answer the phone are courteous and accommodating.

The girls that came to my house did a great job and left our bathrooms sparkling!
Overall cleaning was good. But paid for deep cleaning and spots in shower were missed, dusting not complete, and windows were not done

The last two cleanings have not been as good as the first ones. The ceiling fans were not dusted. Items on the kitchen counter did not look cleaned. Dusting over all did not appear very good. Doors did not look cleaned either.
I had a cleaning a few weeks ago that was disappointing. You did respond right away and worked to correct the issue but I would not refer anyone at this moment
Merry Maids has professional and friendly people that will come into your home or business and make it shine and smell great! They don't mess around and get right down to their business. I appreciate the fact that our 'office, which is an old house' is professionally cleaned by the pros and that frees me up to do what I do!

The last two cleanings have been lacking in attention to detail.
Some areas missed. Have spoken to a supervisor.
Send the same team! I like Nanette & Faith! They did a great job! Crystal also did a great job by herself! That was ok with me that she cleaned alone. I would like to add on the 2 nd bedroom and office for the next cleaning. Kathy Harold told me to let her know when those rooms were ready for cleaning. Please tell her. Reminder, my husband is taking chemotherapy! Q

Do not send a one woman team who only takes 1 hour to clean 7 rooms. This has happened twice. I insist on two team members.
I have dining room chairs up against a wall. I moved them to use and the corner wall behind them was full of cobwebs. They sweep these chairs so how did they miss this?
They don't waste time and do a good job of cleaning.
It's great to come home and have everything just look wonderful.
The complete list of services are not completed at every visit unless I leave a note specifying not to skip them. For example, the washing of hardwoods and the shower and bath tiled walls.
I was told when I received the original quote these were part of the standard cleaning. But I transferred from 1 location to another, same problem. I shouldn't have to ask for what I thought I was being charged for.
