Your technicians are very nice and helpful. But your 800 number customer service is not. They are pleasant, but they are not trained on product or on understanding what is on your system for clients. Further, one often has to wait a long while to get one of them on the phone. They are totally ineffective on cross sell and just make a bad situation worse. Our tree and shrub tech, Michael H., is helpful and patient in explaining what he is doing and what our plants might need. We like him very much. Charlie O'Connell called us today to follow up on our poor 800 number service regarding questions we had on our first tree service this season. He was helpful and nice. I am only giving you a 10 because of Michael H.and for a follow up call with Charlie today. Our lawn service techs vary, but we have had good service from them over the years as well, so a 10 for them, too.. To avoid the loss of more clients, I would highly recommend you allow customers to call their regional provider directly, such as Franklin, MA for me. You are hurting your sales and reputation using a centralized 800 number which isn't even located in our area so has no idea of where we are for zone questions. Going forward, Charlie has set us up so all your techs ring our doorbell when they arrive so we know they are here, then they start their work. If we have questions, we can find them socially distanced out in our yard. Otherwise, we don't really know they came and did the service. If that happens, we'll be happier with your service. But we will never recommend your central 800 number service as it stands now, just our local office and its providers. By the way, we got an auto call from you today that you will be doing our lawn service tomorrow, but without a tech's name. Why no name? It would help if the name is given and what defines a lawn service, specifics.
Charlie and Brian are excellent knowledgeable and helpful and the reason that I have decided to stay with TruGreen. They have given me excellent customer service.

The reps on national phone responses have NO ABILITY and your web site gives NO DETAILS on what a lawn care offers. Just Lawn care, trees and shrubs, mosquitoes.

I've been a loyal customer the past many years and last year my lawn had some huge patches and when I contacted the local office/branch, Charlie O'Connell came and not only was he quick in responding but he stayed until the end (took few weeks) to make sure the lawn is taken care by providing seeds and ensured customer satisfaction.

I was not please with my service last year. But Charlie was kind enough to come to my home recently and assess the weed issue. Charlie not only made me feel like I was a valuable customer, but he went above and beyond to offer aerating and seeding in the fall as a courtesy in efforts to get my lawn back in shape.
