TruGreen's Charlie O"Connell (Customer Experience Manager) has been great and we are so grateful for his overseeing the reseeding etc. of our lawn last Summer and his follow up in the Falll and ongoing. TruGreen is indeed fortunate to have him in on staff. Charlie's knowledge, and expertise, as well as customer service skills and kindness are exemplary. Talent not often seen in today's world. My husband and I are 89 and 85 years of age and we really appreciate the fine care and service he has provided us, over and above the expected. He is a professional through and through.

If not for Charlie O’Donnell I would not rate the company as highly as I am. He is the saving grace for MA. True Green. It’s only because the service HE provides , that every problem with your National telephone representative NEVER COMPLETES. Honestly service when Franklin handles was a great deal better.Since every call is handled by a rep somewhere in the country, I need to rely on Charlie!

Tru Green does they say they will and on a timely basis. So far, so good
I have been a customer of Tru Green for many years and I found if I have a problem, a Tru Green representative will come out to the house, look at the issue and have it corrected. It’s as simple as that.
