I like that you don't leave residue and that it dries quickly
I Was not satisfied with the service and you wouldn't refund my money. Call center was horrible. The First tech that came out refused to do my tile floors telling me that the floors become discolored. While the other "more experienced tech" me that they were doable and didn't know what the other tech was talking about. Also, when I booked the appointment nothing popped up telling me the day I picked full it just booked me for the following week to which I was unaware. I am very upset and would like to get my money back. I truly would not have to resort to contest this with my credit card company.

Our carpet stays clean far longer than other companies.
The technicians that came to take care if our carpets were outstanding. They were doing everything they could to make it a great experience for us.
The carpets look very clean except for one little spot that didn't come completely out. I like the protection they put on after the cleaning. It helps them look better longer.
The entire cleaning only took an hour, the floor was very dry after only 4 hours.

I had some very dirty carpet, and a lot of the stars were still there when our cleaning was over. The guys weren't ther very long, and I just wonder if they really tried hard to get them out. This was the first time EVER getting these carpets clean, and I would have thought they would be way cleaner than they are.
Juan is awesome! I live in a rental that has carpet that needs to be replaced. He was extra careful and did everything he could do to make sure I was satisfied with his work. He deserves a raise or a bonus!
It wasn't a disappointment so much as not impressing me. It was just okay. Carpets took a very long time to dry. No information was offered to tell me how long I could expect them to take to dry or how long before moving furniture back or anything. Wood floors were left wet.
But not BAD. Just "meh".
It is safe and very effective!
