I was very disappointed when TRYING to call your office: called twice and was put on hold both times for more than 5 minutes. This is not acceptable for a business. Two of my friends had called and told me that they just gave up and called someone else. Not a good system you have for answering the phone and making appointments!!!!!!! You should be able to do something to improve.

I am allergic to many fragrances and soaps, so your cleaning process that doesn't use them is a blessing! I enjoy having a clean carpet that is not stiff with residuals!

Zerorez, did a great job. They were timely and very knowledgeable about their product.

We were told that the carpets would take 4 to 6 hours to dry. They took nearly 24 hours to dry. We could have used those little pieces of foam to put under the feet of some of the furniture. Tech. Did a great job. Some of the traffic areas did not clean as well as we would have liked.

Let me know that a room I have will be charged double the price.

Our technician was WONDERFUL. He was absolutely AWESOME. Our carpet however was not as we expected it to be. Our carpet is less than two years old and we were wanting to keep it looking new. After it was cleaned and dried...there were lots of places that it felt crusty. Not sure why but was a little disappointed.

I stepped on a clear plastic push pin after my carpets were cleaned. I've never had any of those in my home. I vacuumed before your arrival & I believe it came off of the device used after the spray treatment. I have 2 small children and was grateful that it was me who stepped on it rather than them. You could improve by checking your equipment before entering a new home. This is no reflection on the person who cleaned my carpets, he was great.

We love the fact that you do not use strong chemicals. We have been very happy with the cleanliness of the carpets after you have cleaned them, and also there is no oodor of chemicals. Your workmen have been hard working, polite, anxious to please, and have done a very good job. Your willingness to come back when we were not satisfied was great, and the work you did a second time for free was also great. I can recommend your service as exceptionally good.

I received incorrect information when setting up my appointment but the rep who assisted me after the appointment was incredibly professional and proactive to remedy the issue so that I could move into my new home on schedule. Cost was triple my quote, too much residue left on carpet after cleaning so the technician had to come back the next day ( resulting in two lost days of work for me), I have severe asthma and asked about scent prior to treatment and was assured there was a light scent that would dissapate quickly. The scent was so strong, I had to spend the night away from my house. My floor was left crunchy. Terrible experience with this company.

Your customer service is very poor. Your people do not come on the job prepared. They do not follow through. i.e. Your representative that came to use the ozone machine did not come prepared. He had to go purchase the plastic to wrap the frig and dishwasher. He knew they were there. He missed his appointment with me to come turn the machine off. Making me make a second trip later that day. He also promised with 100% guarantee that the machine would work. It did not. I told him within a few days of going back to the property, he said he would contact his office and have them arrange with me to come back. I waited over 5 days to hear from you, nothing. I called the office and they had no record of him doing that. I had to have you come back quickly, because my son was moving in. Then the time that was set up was changed once again because of a problem with your service van. Finally when a different rep. came he set up the machine again. It was in the home for another 2 days. In checking the home after of course all that was detected at the time was the ozone smell. I had to leave town, my son moved in. However, in returning home a week later the smell of smoke was still detected. I did not want to go through the hassle of the ozone again, I did ask for a $200 refund which I thought was more than fair. My son felt I should have asked for half being that the basement had the smell still. But he is willing to have candles and or air fresheners. Granted the home was horrible with the smoke smell. Perhaps you should tell your people they cannot 100% guarantee your work. Your office told me they did not have a 100% money back guarantee. You need to let your people out in the field know this. I know your company is the best in cleaning carpets, but the stairs and walking areas were not clean as your technicians did in past work at my house specially the stairs. Maybe redoing the treatment in spots and areas that were not clean.Thank you.
