From the first phone call to set up our appointment through the entire cleaning, the team of people were fantastic. They explained everything they were doing, the details about the products they were using, and even declined to clean an item because they were not certified to clean the material. Very fast and effective

The gentleman who came was very pleasant, kind and caring. He did a great job on flat surface carpeting, however, the stairs did not come clean as we would have expected they would. He explained it was because they were somewhat worn. They are not torn or loose. They are a berber carpent. I'm going to try OxiClean on them myself to see if I can remove the dirt spots. Thank you !!

Our appointment was scheduled to be the second appointment of the day. I was told to expect the technician between 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. I was called at 9:30 to be told they wouldn't come till 1:00 p.m. At 1:00 I was called to be told that it would be more like 3:00 p.m. At 4:20 I was called to be told that they were coming in 45 minutes. The technician didn't come until 5:30 p.m. I did not feel like I was a priority. I had also taken several hours off of work to be there when the technician was supposed to come. I ended up taking the whole day off of work. There should never have been a 8 hour difference in discrepancy for when I was told the technician would come. I also felt that at that time of night the technician was more worried about getting home and getting done quickly.

We've never had this problem before. When I called to speak with the business at 5:20, the individual who spoke with me on the phone apologized but acted as if she didn't care. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen.

Our technician was AMAZING, so friendly and efficient and positive. And he managed to remove stains we thought would be there forever.

My carpet was very very clean. I loved that there was no residue.

After doing an almost perfect job on my carpet last year, the serviceman mentioned they also did tile and they could make it look like new. So after an almost $500 payment, I came home to discover that my tile hardly looked any better. We had cleaned the tile first and removed all the furniture. The workers really seemed disinterested in their job that Monday morning. Maybe the Monday blues, but I missed cleaning up two very small raspberry jam spots on the tile and they missed it too and even sealed over it. Now the tile looks like it is covered in a light cloudy film and the grout is maybe 20% cleaner than before they started.

High recommendation for carpet cleaning.
But tile? Stay far far away.

I have spoken to Mandy and hoping that they make things right that have been damage. A credit would be nice with all the time and trouble along with the disappointment.

The individual who came to my home, was on time, very helpful, did an excellent job, and was very understanding. He made the experience excellent.

They confirmed app before the day of service. They called to tell me what time they would be at my home. The person who cleaned my carpets was very good to tell me about my carpet and what needed to be done. He did a great job!! My carpets look great!

I do wonder what is in the protectant treatment that makes it so expensive, I think that is very high priced. Is it made of gold:)))

One of the eight rooms that Fernando cleaned was a bathroom. Probably the most important place in a bathroom that would need cleaning would be around the toilet. Though the main part of the room was cleaned well, the area around the toilet was completely dry. It had not been cleaned at all. I don't think the customer should need to request some special consideration for that area.

Drying in some areas took a very long time--about ten hours.

The technician that has come to our house has been exceptional. He is great to work with, uses great care to protect our walls and corners, and does an excellent job in cleaning our carpet. My wife and I have 20 grandchildren so we really appreciate his help in keeping our home clean and in good condition.

It would have been nice to have a better handle on when the tech was coming, instead of waiting all afternoon wondering if they were coming.

Last year, I was extremely pleased with the quality of cleaning and service that I received. This year I felt that the cleaning was not as good. However, I was okay. Therefore, I will try Zerorez again in the future.

Everything was great--the service, the cleaning, the carpet looks clean, etc. I would only recommend you to friends who don't mind paying a little more for good quality. Some friends would take the cheapest price no matter what.

Removed stains, no residue. The cleaning man was very good about checking with me as we went along and redoing something if I thought it needed it.
