The service tech was very good and helpful. The carpet looks great. I am very pleased with the results.

Was supposed to show up in the afternoon on 11/14. Called Zerorez on Friday around 4:00 when I hadn't heard from anyone yet, I was told that two technicians had family emergencies, phone operator told me she would call me back in 15-20 minutes to see how far out the technician was. I never heard back from anyone. I finally called again after 6:00, I was put on hold and the operator talked to Jesse who was just finishing up a job and then it was going to take him 40 minutes travel time. Jesse did call me. Jesse was very nice and did a good job. However, the customer service that I received from your office was unacceptable. If you're not going to be able to clean someone's carpets until approximately 8:00 at night, it would have been nice to get a call to reschedule, or to see if that would be OK.

Your workers are always very friendly and thorough. Andrew did a great job. Your process cleans remarkably well.

The scheduling process and communication the day of the appointment. I was told they would call between 1:45 and 2:15. Nobody called. When we finally called at 3:15, they told me he was just finishing up at his previous job and would be here soon. Another hour later I called again and they said he had just finished and was on his way. I told them I was not happy because they never told me the appointment would be this late in the day to start, I thought it was going to be around 2:00. They said they called me and left a voice mail during that time. I never received a phone call during that time first of all, second of all, our home phone does not have voice mail, so it was impossible to leave a voice mail there. And I had no missed calls or voice mail on my cell phone. Those are the two numbers they told me they called. I did not appreciate being lied to, nor would I have accepted the appointment if I had known they weren't even going to show up until 4:15 pm. We had plans for that night at 5:00, which we had to cancel.

Technician was fantastic. He took the time to explain things so I felt comfortable with what I was having done. He went above and beyond in service.

Unfortunately I was very dissatisfied with the end result of the work done on my home last Friday.

There were stains that were not removed and there were stains that were not there before the cleaning that I assume were in the pad and with the amount of water/solution that was added to the carpet made them come to the surface when the carpets were dry.

In the past the same types of stains were removed by your company and I was very pleased with the work done.

I think one rug in the hall was not done because it still has some spots and was not damp like the other rugs!

We have had Zerorez before, are VIP customers and have been happy in the past. The tech yesterday was very nice, but very slow and didn't get things as clean as we have had with Zerorez in the past. The grout on the travertine and tiled areas is still very dirty. Areas of the carpet still have spots! I hate to complain, but it took him half the day to set up and all day to do the job and it didn't look clean. He was very nice. We had to leave at 6:30pm and so pre-paid him... $1800. It was the worst job of cleaning we have ever had and the most expensive. He was working hard (except for when he was on the phone) which makes me wonder if there is something not working with the equipment. Please let me know if you can make a price adjustment or what you can do to make it right.

The technician was very polite and explained the process as well as other possible services. I appreciated that he wasn't pushy. I was pleased with the results. The only thing that was a little disconcerting was that I was told that I was the second appointment of the day and it would probably be about 11:00am. I didn't hear from the technician until about 12:30. A quick call giving an updated ETA would have been nice.

Doesn't leave a soapy residue. Carpets come very clean.

I like the fact that it does not use harsh soap or chemicals so that my carpet does not have a residue on it to attract the dirt. The service seems to last longer because of that. I have used your service before but I had tremendous results this time because of Wendi. She took a lot of time and was extremely thorough. My carpets have never looked so good after a cleaning! Thank you Wendi! You were the Best!!

No residue

I had grease stains on my exercise room due to my treadmill getting broken. With your system, the stains were still there. I had to bring my own natural cleaner and remove the stains. I used it 3 times and voila it was gone. Also I was hoping that the odor from urine was going to be gone in one corner, but it's still there. I like the fact that the carpets are clean in general and that you only use water to leave no residue. But for the big stains like paint, nail polish or grease, your system is not that good. On a good note you did give me a discount of $25 because I mentioned that I had to use my cleaner and I actually was the one scrubbing the stains away. The guy who came was very nice, polite and clean. He made sure about protecting the corners of the house from the big hose. He did his job with what you have.
Maybe you would like to learn what did I use to remove the grease spots and paint. It's natural based and doesn't leave residue etiher.

Friendly techs and the carpet looks great when they are finished.

When your workers came to do our carpet they failed to follow protocol. They just came in put water on the carpet and vacuumed it up. The dirty spots were not affected at all. They said they could not do it any better. We were very dissatisfied. We have already talked to your head manager and she has given us a refund of the carpet area they did. That did ease some of the dissatisfaction.

The carpet is more than ten years old, but Zerorez breathes new life into it! I am never disappointed with the results. Among my things to be grateful for this Thanksgiving--clean carpets!

The technician was not very friendly and he said that the carpets would dry in 3 hours. They were wet all day.
