Very professional and informative and my carpet looks great!
Price was a little more than what I was expecting. The carpet was a lot wetter than we expected based on the TV ad.
But the biggest disappointment came about when his tank filled up and the unit stopped working. I suspect that he drained some in the street, enough to "FINISH?"
When I noted the disappointment to the final quality, no where as clean as the rest.
His reply was well it was the free hall, so what do you want for free?
Don't know that I will forget that too fast.
Technician said carpet would dry in 3 hours. Didn’t dry until 9 pm. The tiles had a film on them when they completely dried, and lots of spots. It appears that the technician used too many chemicals in the cleaning. I had to mop the entire floor the next day to get rid of the chemicals. I used the company 2 years ago and had much better experience. To top it off, the truck leaked oil all over the street in front of my house.
I've been using zerorez for 3 years, they do a great job and have no reason to use anyone else.
The person that came to do the cleaning did the job in about 15 minutes. She rushed it and then had a bit of an attitude when we declined the pet treatment. $105 extra seems a bit excessive for that. The carpet is clean but in the past have had better technicians from Zerorez. Might use a different carpet cleaning company next time.
I am so happy to have a company of such high standers! My tech Justin was l on time helpful did an amazing job made my old carpet look feel and smell better than I thought it could be again!!! I am So Pleased thank you!!

The whole cleaning cost a more than I had planned or was quoted. Also, there is still have one spot that I smell cat urine. Although, Casey was excellent, and he found a spot I did not know about, I am surprised he did not find this spot.
I do plan to use zeroez the next time I have my rug cleaned.

It took 2 different times to get the work done right. The 1st tech that came to do the carpet was very friendly and nice. But unfortunately after he was done. The carpet look like crap. The 2nd tech Anthony that came out did a awesome job. He took his time and did the job right. Anthony got the stains out that the other tech said he couldn't get out. If I ever decided to us zerorez again. I would only have Anthony do my carpet. But right now not very happy for the fact that it took up a lot of my time just to get the job done. But Anthony is the best...
Too much upselling, they should warn people there might be extra recommendations. I budgeted $99 an the total they wanted me to pay was over $250. There are also black lines going down dining room area, and I also wish I was warned that the carpet would be hard after it dried on the couple of pet spots. He kept telling me it was going to make the smell of urine come up to upsell me, which didn't happen. The carpet turning hard threw me off.

I love how quick and efficient they are when they come to your home to provide a carpet cleaning service. My husband and I have 5 children so our carpets were not the most lovely.
