Price was expensive compared to size of work - carpets are stiff and crispy after cleaning I’m sure will soften eventually.

Loved that Fab came early, quickly cleaned the carpet in the 5 rooms and also did the stairs that I forgot to put on the order. The carpet stayed wetter longer than I remembered in other cleanings even with the fans on in each rooms.
There are some areas of grout that still look dirty. They are dark, whereas other spots are a medium tan. Also, the cost for cleaning tile seemed very excessive.
For the most part, the carpet cleaning was good. I won’t know for sure until I vacuum it once it dies completely. There are some padding areas under the area carpets which are still damp, even after 24 hours.

The technicians were very efficient in setting up, cleaning the carpets and removing the equipment after they had completed the cleaning. They answered all my questions regarding the carpet cleaning.
They were prompt in getting here and provided the services I requested
Technician was on time, friendly, and explained all services. He efficiently cleaned the carpets and did a wonderful job - they look amazing. Afterwards, we discussed the drying time and future care recommendations. I like the fact that there is no residue, no chemical smell, and that the products used are environmentally safe. I chose Zerorez because of the online feedback and they did not disappoint. And finally, Angel is a wonderful representative for this company.

The Products are clean and no harmful chemicals for the pets or kids. Most of all the service was excellent Will and Ethan showed up. They were professional. They educated me a whole lot on maintenance of my newly installed Floors. They both took the extra time to make sure I knew exactly what was happening and they were fast and efficient

This is my second time using zerorez and I couldn’t be happier. My carpets come out looking BRAND NEW every time which is no small feat with three dogs. Both of my technicians have been extremely knowledgeable and professional and the office staff is prompt when scheduling and confirming appointments. 5/5 stars
