Dropped off my rug and paid and was told I’d get a call in 2-3 weeks when it was done. I called a month later and told them I hadn’t heard from them. Was told it was done and asked how long it had been done. The man on the phone said “I don’t know, it’s done now.”
Came in to pick it up. Two men were talking so I waited for the employee to finish with his customer. Realized after a couple minutes it was two employees having a conversation about a carpet they were looking at. After waiting another minute or so they looked up and asked if I had been helped. We were the only three people in the room the whole time.
Looked at the carpet. Looks good. Asked how long it had been ready again and the guy said “I don’t know, could have been a week, we’ve been backed up.” Then they helped me put it in my car.
Everyone seemed great when I dropped off, but apathetic and slightly annoyed on pick up.
Mike did a great job on our carpets and we would give him a 10 Rating!

From start to finish this was the best experience EVER with carpet cleaners! Heard commercials on the radio and decided to give Zerorez a try! The technician (Marcus) we were blessed to have come by was beyond amazingly fantastic! Polite, informative and not in the least pushy. Seeing he was by himself made me a bit skeptical of how thorough of a job he could do at first. My fears were a needless waste of energy as Marcus did the most outstanding job I’ve ever paid for! I’d recommend Zerorez to anybody and even ask for Marcus as well!!!!

Took great care in making sure everything was done in a way to give us freedom to move around the house. service was professional and carpet looked new.
I booked with u all after I had high reviews from friends and came highly recommend. I'm not happy because I was told they would b at my house 1 to 4pm I got everything off floors and even locked my animals up so they will not be in the way. I didnt even recieve a call to let me know were running behind I had to call you guys that's very unprofessional to not even let the customer know I had things to do and could not get them done because I was stuck waiting until 6pm for him to even show up and start work. The rep Jake was amazing and very nice did great job on carpets but i do not feel like my time was valued at all with the company I couldnt put anything down in the rooms until 10pm until floors were dry and my animals were locked up for hours waiting to go upstairs I've never felt that a company didnt value my business or my time more than you all did I will tell everyone about my experience with you all

Wow! Why did I wait so long to try! Heard about the company on the radio and friends have used them and had great results. The two gentlemen who came to my house arrived early....EARLY!!!! Who does that? I will tell you, a company who values clients time. The guys were extremely professional and courteous. They wore double layers of contractor booties on each foot. Asked me questions and educated me about my carpet and what they were going to do. Wasn’t some hard sell technique, but truly an education and what services were available. The results were lights out amazing and I couldn’t be happier with the results and the professionalism. BRAVO!!!

Carpet looks great
Zerorez's response to the damages to my rugs was unsatisfactory and text that I would need to pay another company to stretch my carpets in order to remove the bubbles/ridges.
I would never use zerorez again mostly due to reponses received by person in charge!
I am very pleased with my carpets, kitchen floor, and the large sofa.

I really appreciate that attention to good service. My house was a big job, and Chris did an excellent job on cleaning and to details. Also advice when I needed to have the carpets done again. I have already given his name to a couple of senior ladies that need some work done.

The gentlemen who cleaned my carpets were professional, courteous and did an excellent job.
The carpets look very good, but it was the people providing the service that really made the difference.
The clean smell
Fast process. Got my whole house cleaned in about 2 hours. All the carpet and and all the grout lines in our tiles.
My kitchen floor was really dark and was really dirty. My floor looks new again.
I contacted Zerorez and set up an appointment. They called me a couple of days before the date to confirm the time and date. On the day of the appointment, the service agent called 30 minutes before the scheduled time as I was told he would. He came on time, was very professional and nice. After each carpet area was cleaned he asked us to look at it to make sure that we were happy with the results. I have already told other people about the great service that we received. I would definitely call again.
