It was such an easy experience and you are made to feel like a priority. My husband was sitting in car waiting on me and I made him come inside and have his feet scanned and found him a pair of shoes and inserts as well as mine. She stayed with me and him until we made a decision on what we were getting.

I drive an hour and a half to Richmond to come to Fleet Feet and they are worth every minute on the road. I come to Fleet Feet because I have always been respected and treated with care and compassion. Some companies who sell running shoes don’t care about walkers but they do. I receive the same care and compassion for my foot issues being a plus size walker as I see being delivered to the very fit runners.
Expert staff that always finds the right shoe for me or my family members
They treat everyone like they are important. I've been to other running stores where the employees are obviously avid runners, but seem to be indifferent about what is the right shoe for the customer that is in front of them. Fleet feet employees want to fit the right shoe for customer every time I've been there.
