I went to all three shops in the Richmond, VA area looking for a particular pair shoes and they were all fantastic to deal with.
Great staff. It liked the entire process of getting my feet measured and evaluated to see what shoes would work best on them. Then, 3 options were brought out to start with. I really liked them all, but was able to narrow it down to the pair I purchased. They have been great, comfortable, supportive shoes.
